Piecing together a cruise may be a little different than piecing together a quilt, but you still have to know some tricks!
Since we were very busy trying to put everything together for the Panama Canal cruise before it left, I felt as if we were ignoring our blog. Then I thought—maybe you might want to see a little of our mess!
First of all, we have boxes and boxes everywhere. We will be taking this over to our quilt shop shortly so we can combine them with their boxes. Soon it will be on palates and ready to ship to Ft. Lauderdale!
We’re also working on the day-to-day items. Everyone joining on board will receive a special Quilt Seminars at Sea bag, stuffed with lots of information about the program. There is a schedule, a name badge, information about quiltshops in ports—all kinds of stuff! Even a little gift.
Kim has been running our copy machines weary all day. In fact, one was not enough and she ran down the hallway to borrow someone else’s, too! We need to have all the information about future cruises ready to go!
There are a lot of details that go into a cruise behind-the-scenes. Normally, like a quilt, you don’t see the work that goes into it, just the finished product. We hope that everyone will enjoy it!

I love Kim’s new hair cut or at least it is new since I saw her last Feb. She and I are sharing the same hair cut but mine is a little shorter. Can’t wait to see you next month!!!
We’re counting the days, too!
